Sims named to Howe School Board

The Howe School Board named Howard Sims as the newest school board to replace Matt Blake, who had to step down to having a family member on the Howe staff.

Sims is joined by Elvin Hall, Kenneth Barnhart, Jerod Johnson and Joewayne Leatherwood on the board.
