Wolves win opener against Coalgate

Heavener held off a late rally to defeat Coalgate, 10-8, in the first game of a doubleheader Monday.

No score was reported in the second game. Heavener is 11-18 overall, 3-8 in district play. The Wolves are scheduled to visit Hartshorne Thursday.
