Varnum edges Spiro to win Classic

BEGGS – Varnum held Spiro to only two hits and defeated the Bulldogs, 3-0, to win the Beggs Under Armour Classic Saturday.

Spiro is 11-2 and hosts Atoka Monday. Varnum, ranked third in Class B, improves to 10-1.
