Officers find jail escapee

Following a weeks-long effort and all-night manhunt, LeFlore County sheriff’s deputies and other officers captured Jeremy Call, who escaped from the county detention center Feb.12, Sheriff Rodney Derryberry said Monday.

Sheriff’s Investigator Gerald Woodrall said Call, 38, was found asleep, wrapped in blankets in the woods near Panama early Monday.
