LeFlore County had two new deaths due to complications from coronavirus and 46 new cases in Wednesday’s report by the Oklahoma State Department of Health.
The two county residents who passed because of complications were a female in the 50 to 64 age group and a female over 65. The two women were from Heavener and Poteau.
Poteau had 13 new cases, Spiro eight, Wister seven, Bokoshe five, Pocola four, Cameron and Howe three, Talihina two and Arkoma one.
There are currently 378 active cases, down from 387 Tuesday. The county has had 279 cases over the last seven days, an average of 39 per day.
The county has had 4,506 cases, 4,093 recoveries and 35 deaths from complications due to the virus.
