LeFlore County had an additional 44 new coronavirus cases in Thursday’s report by the Oklahoma Department of Health.
Poteau had 16 new cases, Spiro had six, Arkoma five, Heavener four, Howe and Wister three, Pocola and Shady Point two, while Bokoshe, Panama and Talihina each had one.
Active cases are 447, down from 458 Wednesday. The county has had 374 cases over the last week, an average of 53.4 cases per date.
LeFlore County has had 4,281 cases, 3,803 recoveries and 33 deaths from complications due to the virus.
