OZARK, Ark. – Patsy Ruth Womack, 82, of Ozark, Arkansas, formerly of Fort Smith, Arkansas, entered into rest Nov. 21, 2020.
She was born February 10, 1938 in Coldale, was a member of Eastern Star and worked at Rheem in Fort Smith, many years before retiring.
There will be no services. Cremation is entrusted to Edwards Funeral Home.
Patsy and husband Billy touched many lives over the years and gave their love, shared their home, and provided support to those in need without hesitation. They also sponsored two refuges, Paul and Mack from Vietnam.
Survivors are four sons and one daughter and their spouses; Danny and Kelly Womack of Arkoma, Doug Womack of Poteau, Deborah and Ken Mitchael of Ozark, Steve and Linda Ritter of Greenwood, Arkansas, and Billy and Georgia Ritter of Rogers, Arkansas; three sisters Twyna McDaniel, Patricia Webb and Jeannie Morgan; 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Billy Joe Womack, after 71 years of marriage, four children David, Randy, Donna and Jackie Womack; her parents Houston Pate Ritter and Wilhelmina Bealer of Oklahoma; and three siblings Hazel, Bill, and Junior Ritter.
Memorials may be sent to Calvary Assembly of God Church in Fort Smith.
