Coronavirus cases continue growing


LeFlore County had 22 new coronavirus cases in Tuesday’s report by the Oklahoma Department of Health.

Heavener had six cases, Poteau five, Panama three, Wister two, while Bokoshe, Cameron, Howe, Pocola, Spiro and Talihina each had one case.

The county currently has 266 active cases, down 10 from Monday.

LeFlore County has had 2,304 cases, 2,012 recoveries and 26 deaths from coronavirus or complications due to the virus.
