LeFlore County had 24 new coronavirus cases in Sunday’s report by the Oklahoma Department of Health.
One Heavener resident passed away from coronavirus, or complications due to the virus, according to the report.
Poteau had 11 new cases, Spiro had five, Heavener, Panama and Shady Point all had two new cases, while Arkoma and Cameron each had one.
The county has 254 active cases, up eight from Saturday. LeFlore County has had 2,072 cases, 1,794 recoveries and 26 deaths from the virus or complications from coronavirus.
