Obituary for Bill Tiffee

He requested his body be donated to science.

Bill had two passions in life. One was going to school at the University of Oklahoma for Lord only knows how many years. He obtained a degree in engineering and a degree in law. As far as the family knows, Bill never achieved his doctorate in either. Bill’s second passion was photography. Bill traveled extensively throughout LeFlore County, where he captured the amazing natural beauty of the county’s mountains and streams; showcasing the spring and fall colors. Oklahoma Today used many of Bill’s photographs in their publication over the past 40 years.

Surviving family members are a sister Darlene (Tiffee) Shadwick and husband M.C. of Howe; one brother Jim Tiffee and wife Debbie of Poteau; one sister-in-law, Olean Tiffee, of Heavener; two nieces Darla (Shadwick) Williams and husband Vic of Kilgore, Texas, and Tracy Leann (Tiffee) Morgan and husband Clayton of Wister; six nephews Mark Shadwick of Howe, Jamey Tiffee and wife Barbara of Tulsa, Colby Tiffee of Edmond, Jody Tiffee of Heavener, Robby Tiffee and wife Lujuana of Howe, and Jason Tiffee and wife Ellen of Heavener; several other loved ones and host of friends.
