Poteau Council approves amnesty program

POTEAU – People with outstanding municipal warrants and violations in Poteau will have a chance to settle them without fear of arrest and for a percentage of the costs after the Poteau City Council approved a two-week amnesty program Tuesday.
City Court Clerk Tina Crosswell said the amnesty would be from Oct. 3-17, including two Saturdays.
