POTEAU – Work is moving toward completion of the long-running Conser Road project, LeFlore County commissioners said Monday.
The commissioners tabled two bids of the last stretch of road so the details could be examined. Bids were received from JoB Construction and HG Paving and Construction.
“I just want to thank the Choctaw Nation for investing in LeFlore County” for the work done on the project so far, Commission Chairman Lance Smith said. The tribe is paying for the project, which has been in various stages of planning and construction for several years.
